Lesson 4 vocabulary section 

Ohayoo - 'morning

Ohayoo gozaimasu- Good morning (Formal)

Watashi - I or Me

Desu- To be (is, are, am)

Desu ka- Are you...? (Adding "ka" to a sentence makes it a question.)

Soo desu ka- Is that right? or Oh really?

Yoroshiku- Nice to meet you (Literally "Favor me.")

Dozo yoroshiku- Pleased to meet you. (Please favor me.)

Onegaishimasu- Please.

Yoroshiku onegaishimasu- It's a pleasure to meet you. (Please favor me.)

Dozo yoroshiku onegaishimasu- Most formal greeting.

Gakusei- Student
